Terms & Conditions - Shopping Policy

Before purchasing please make sure to read & understand our Terms & Conditions - Shopping Policy. We're not responsible for misinformation, if you have any questions in regards of this document please contact us. Our clients agree to the Terms & Conditions - Shopping Policy during order processing.

1. Crystals are natural minerals that form in all shapes, colors and sizes. Please allow our specimens to be diverse as we cannot control their physical structure.

2. Any claim in regards of broken items require evidence (Pictures) of the physical condition of the items. Any visible physical damage on the exterior of the packages is responsibility of the carrier and needs to be reported directly to the shipping company, we’re not responsible for damage during transportation unless it is a packaging mistake on our part we will accept the refund request. 

3. Claims need to be reported through our email within 5 days after receiving the order. If you have any concerns in regards of an order please contact us at laine@geminishe.com

If we (Referring to our company as a legal entity Geminis Healing Energy LLC) are not notified through email within the 5-day time frame established the claim cannot be worked with and resolved on our part. Please include your order number.

4. Shipping and handling takes 7 business days. Processing time does not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) Our responsibility is to deliver the package to the post office during the established time period. Any delay after its been received by the shipping company is beyond our control. This means, any claim in regards of shipping time delays cannot be resolved on our part. We provide full updated shipping information after each order is placed. This information can be accessed through the email used during check-out. Make sure to add your correct email whenever it is requested in the ordering process. We cannot refund orders that have already been shipped or already have a shipping label created. Before requesting an order refund make sure to confirm if your order has already been shipped or if its shipping label is created. 

5. Make sure to provide a correct shipping address. Any corrections made including wrong/invalid address or invalid name will be charged to the customer through a separate invoice with an expenses evidence sheet. Corrections (On our behalf) can only be made before the shipping carrier receives the package. After the package has been received by the carrier the customer will have to directly request an address change with the shipping company. Any mistakes on our part will NOT be charged to the customer.

If your shipping address is incorrect or cannot be found in the USPS system during shipping label creation we will contact you through email. If we don’t receive updated shipping information in 2 business days the order will be canceled. 

6. Shipping fees are flat in exception of orders that do not fit a small priority box. If needed, these will be charged extra as the weight increases.

7. It is our customer's responsibility to read & understand the document before making a purchase within our Website. If you have purchased from us you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions - Shopping Policy. Please refrain from soliciting fraudulent Chargebacks.
